Massage Therapy
Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) is a hands-on healthcare service focused on the assessment and treatment of muscles, connective tissue, and joints. It is commonly used to reduce muscle tension, relieve pain, improve circulation and mobility, and support injury rehabilitation.
Registered massage therapy is often used to address muscle and joint pain, postural strain, headaches and migraines, sports and overuse injuries, stress-related tension, and recovery following injury or surgery.
Sessions may include a combination of intake and interview, assessment, hands-on treatment, self-care recommendations, and charting, all within the allotted appointment time.
Osteopathy
Manual Osteopathy is a holistic, hands-on healthcare approach focused on assessing how the body’s structure influences overall function. Treatment may include gentle manual techniques addressing joints, fascia, the nervous system, and organ-related mobility to help restore balance, mobility, and coordination throughout the body.
Manual osteopathy is commonly used to address chronic and recurrent pain, postural imbalances, joint stiffness, headaches and migraines, jaw and neck tension, digestive-related discomfort, and ongoing movement restrictions following injury or stress.
Sessions may include a combination of intake and interview, assessment, hands-on treatment, self-care recommendations, and charting, all within the allotted appointment time.
Movement Rehabilitation
Movement Rehabilitation is a one-on-one coaching service focused on restoring movement quality, control, and confidence following injury, pain, or physical setbacks. It bridges the gap between hands-on therapy and traditional fitness training by addressing how you move before increasing training intensity.
Movement rehabilitation is commonly used to support recovery after injury or surgery, manage persistent or recurring pain, improve mobility and motor control, correct movement compensations, and prepare the body for a safe return to exercise, work, or sport.
Sessions may include movement assessment, targeted corrective and strengthening exercises, motor control and stability training, education, and guided progressions, all within the allotted appointment time.
Personal Training
Personal Training is a one-on-one coaching service focused on building strength, mobility, and physical confidence through intentional, structured exercise.
Training programs are tailored to your body, goals, and current abilities, with an emphasis on safe, effective movement and long-term sustainability.
Personal training is commonly used to improve overall strength and conditioning, support return to exercise after injury, address movement limitations or imbalances, enhance performance, and build confidence with strength training and daily movement.
Sessions may include movement assessment, guided strength and conditioning exercises, technique coaching, education, and progress planning, all within the allotted appointment time.
Small Group Strength Training
Full-body, strength-focused program for groups up to 8 clients. Structured progressions and coaching support help you train independently while benefiting from group accountability and long-term consistency.
Tailored for individuals without specific medical conditions or injuries requiring specialized care.
Pre & Postnatal Fitness
Pre & Postnatal Fitness offers small group sessions (up to 4 participants) designed to support women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery. The sessions focus on safe, purposeful movement that respects the physical changes of pregnancy and the healing process after birth, while helping you rebuild core and pelvic stability, improve posture, ease common aches and stiffness, and gradually return to exercise with confidence.
Each session may include movement assessment, gentle strength and mobility work, breathing and core exercises, education, and progressive training tailored to your stage of pregnancy or postpartum recovery. Babies are always welcome, creating a supportive and inclusive space where mothers can connect with others, bring their baby in a carrier or stroller, and move their bodies without needing childcare.
